home management binder {part 7}

we are nearing the end of our creation of the
The next tab is  finances.  I think finances will be my tab containing the most documents.  The beginning of my finances section will be my finance checklist, which lists all of my monthly bills and the 12 months of the year. Simply mark if off when the bill is paid each month.

I also made my own version of this awhile ago. I'm not sure which one I will use yet. So for now they are both in here.
This is the version I made...

I am also going to keep a checkbook and my bills to be paid in the pocket of the divider for this section. It makes sense to keep it all together. That way as soon as I pay a bill I can record it.

I have a few other financial documents that are available in our etsy shop. A few of them are freebies for the next 30 days.

(notice that it matches the bill payment checklist)

Receipt Tracker-- I have been using this to try to figure how to set up a budget. I first needed to know where my money was going so I could see where I needed to cut back.

I shared this bill payment log as a freebie a while ago...

The following forms are available in our etsy shop if you need to further customize your finances tab:

debt repayment plan

monthly spending log

I also use cash envelopes to keep myself on budget. I will not be keeping them in my home management binder because they live in a cute little clutch in my purse. But maybe someone else can use the idea.  (or order yours here)

aren't they cute??
I also try to use a cash ledger, to keep me accountable about when and where I spend my money.
Only one more section left!
I hope everyone's binders are coming along as well as mine!
